Anyone else having message issues?

For some reason messages I have been sending to repeat customers concerning new orders are being attached to message threads concerning previous orders -- when I complete the new message and hit 'send' the message itself disappears but the messaging box remains open with the order/invoice info still present as though nothing had been typed. When I check 'sent' messages the text has been attached to an order from 2021.

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, I am having issues, but mine is that my auto reply does not stay on and it says I am not responding to messages withing 24 hrs, which BS. I do and now I am wondering if they want me to respond to just messages sent to me for a reply or for reviews as well. Are we supposed to respond to reviews sent to us. I am at a loss. Trying to get star seller and this crap keeps screwing me up. Help!

@donnacodesigns7710 You probably know this, but auto reply only lasts for a maximum of five days. Then it has to be reset. 

If a review is placed using the actual review feature, I don't think it requires a reply. If someone sends you a review as an Etsy message, that would need to be answered.

yep, whenever my customers have past orders, my sent messages are attaching to the old orders.  VERY confusing to have to hunt through past orders attempting to find messages.  hope this snafu gets fixed soon!

I hope so too! Do you know for a fact that your customers have, in fact, received your recent messages? I haven't heard back from any of the customers I have recently been messaging.

Yes! I have had a WHOLE message thread to a previous buyer disappear- COMPLETELY. Searched for it using the message search feature. Only a very old thread came up with my newest message I sent to her in the last 24 hrs because the others disappeared... POOF.. Gone!!
