Anyone else getting a deposit returned to Etsy today?

Returned deposit today? After several years with the same bank? And my credit card on file is not expired or anything. NOW WHAT Etsy? Anyone else having this problem?

yep, same here. They are probably short on funds themselves and this is a stall tactic.

ummmmm what the heck?  I'm glad you posted this because I went to look and my deposit is showing as returned.

I'm not going to jump to the worst case scenario yet.  I'm assuming that it's just a glitch and will get fixed.  If it is still like this for an extended period of time maybe I will be more concerned but my guess is that they will get it fixed.  We will see though.  But it's always good to be aware so I can keep an eye on it.

The IRS took their money out of my checking account this morning.

Maybe the IRS took a bunch of money out of Etsy's accounts this morning too and that's why all the deposits are getting returned, for insufficient funds.....

(The following may not have anything to do with it, but just in case it does).
About a year or so ago, Deposits were being returned for some Sellers, due to a Coding Error (checking vs. savings and so forth). At that time, people who were affected found out that was the reason. I hope this is not the same situation.

My account hasn't changed in years, so I'm thinking it's a different problem, more on Etsy's end or their processor.

if it is the same Etsy error, it just shows a company unable and unwilling to learn from it's mistakes. Not a good look.
