I just enrolled in Etsy payments via payoneer, as requested by Etsy, so that my shop doesn't get suspended. I got a confirmation email from both Etsy and Payoneer about the connection being successful. But since then none of my customers are able to place any orders. At the very end, when the user is asked to place the order, an error shows up saying 'something went wrong, try again or please contact support'. I've discussed the issue with Payoneer team in great detail and it's evident that the problem is not from their end.
Under payment settings, I can still see the big yellow box that's prompting me to enroll in etsy payments and get started. When I click on the get started button, it gives me an option to sign up in my payoneer account (which I have already connected). When I click on the sign up button, an error message shows up saying 'Hmm, looks like that didn't work'.
It's been three days now and I'm losing revenue. Also, my customers are asking me again and again about why they're unable to complete the purchase.
I've contacted Etsy support and their saying it's a widespread technical issue among sellers. Is anyone else facing this issue?

Not yet. Haven't heard back from them as well.
Same issue here and shop got suspneded. Received mail from both etsy and payoneer for registration . But shop has been suspended.
Where to find solution. Why etsy support system is so slow. It hurts. Feeling like etsy does not need us.

About a week ago, I switched my shop to Etsy Payments with Payoneer connected, and unfortunately, I ran into exactly the same issue. I've been contacting Etsy support, but so far they've only advised me to "please wait."
Has anyone here experienced this too and found a solution? I'd really appreciate any advice! Thank you so much in advance!
