Just wondering if this issue is site-wide. When I go to click the SAVE PROFILE when editing a shipping profile or even creating a new shipping profile, I click the SAVE PROFILE and nothing happens.
Sorry, I edited the bit about red asterisks as they just indicate the compulsary fields (doh). But I had clicked several times and nothing happened. I seem to recall just re entering my postal code whilst fiddling around and suddenly it worked.
Yes! That happened to me the other day. I was just trying to extend my processing times for Xmas. From memory, I just reinput some of the info in the shipping profile, was it my postal code... can't quite recall now but then it saved.

That worked!!! I had to re-enter my zip code sometimes twice for it to take! Thank you so much!

I just tried to update my shipping profile and got an error message saying that it was failed to be updated.
What could be the reason?
It showed no error when I used an apostrophe in my name in the would-be saved profile, but when I clicked "Save and apply", nothing happened. There was no javascript error in the console, either. When I removed the apostrophe, it worked, and I was able to save my shipping profile. So the bug is that special characters should be disallowed from including in a saved profile on the client side.
