Anybody else having issues with the Shop Manager chat?

Hello! i've been having issues trying to contact etsy thru the shop manager, is anybody else experiencing this? have you found a work around?

I deleted my cooking history and all that, but still not working.

Yes, there are other similar Forum threads. But Chat is not always available 24/7.

The chat bubble in shop manager vanished for a bit earlier. It appears to be back now.

If you can't access it there I posted the path through the support ticket system in this thread here

Copy and paste-

shop manager > community & help > contact us.

Then select 'selling on etsy' > managing my shop & listings > manage listings . Once that page opens scroll to bottom and click 'I still need help'. That should take you to the page with current support options for that issue which are live chat or phone call back.

Thanks for the reply, it takes me to email, we haven't been successful with it comes to etsy emailing us back
