Is anyone working on the thumbnail pictures showing up as black, extra large or just blank? This issue has been going on for days and no updates have been given.
Please advise as soon as possible.
@DazzlingAccents I just checked out your Shop. And see one grey square (no item photo). On Pg. 4) Flower Coaster.
It's really not right people having to do workarounds. Because we all are seeing different things, who knows what potential Buyers are seeing. It's a big muck up.
Also as I mentioned in another thread today…Etsy support responded via email to my ticket and requested that I send them an HAR file to help aid them in their investigation….definitely not cool with that!

I've managed to avoid this bug until today- I just noticed a bunch of super zoomed in thumbnails in my shop. It's been a week Etsy, can we please get a fix for this instead of making it worse?
Yes please fix this Etsy! This has been going on for a week now, first black and now zoomed in thumb nails on new listings:(

Strange...Thanks for checking my shop listings for blank photos. I see no issues with my photos on my end. When I received your message I proceeded to two different computers (desk top and laptop), scrolled through every page signed into my shop and signed out and found my shop then scrolled. Everything looked good. Before I fixed my listing photo problems I could see the items that were blank and distorted if I was logged in or out by scrolling through my shop pages. I use Firefox on both computers and my phone. I still see no problem using any of the devices with my listing photos. Thanks again for the update.
This is happening in search results as well. No one will ever click on a listing when the photo is blank!! I have blank thumbnails, dark gray thumbnails and super zoomed in thumbnails across all three of my shops. Please etsy fix this.

The email I received from support said this is resolved. Obviously it isn't. I've responded to the email twice now, once yesterday and once today, with screenshots from Search showing this is still happening. I asked both times if someone could please respond or at least let me know if I need to start a new ticket since the status on the email reads RESOLVED. So far no one has responded.
Here is the latest admin. post from the forums on this. I do not use an ad blocker so this is not a fix Etsy. I've also seen this on my phone, another place where I do not have any sort of ad blocker.

In the meantime, if you are using an ad blocker (like AdBlockerPlus), please disable it to see if that help out. There's been a few sellers that have mentioned that in their email correspondence that disabling the blocker has resolved their issues.

They told me it was resolved too, then stopped responding to me too!
I fixed my thumbnails by adjusting 6 photos with issues by clicking on the "photo adjustment" tab when editing even if I saw the photo or not, saved listing and refreshed my home page. This was done a few days ago. I don't seem to have anymore issues with my photo thumbnails being blank, etc. The photos are holding in place. Please let me know If anyone sees any issues with my shop or photos. So far so good. I will not hold my breath.
@TheHippieCrystalHut - Yes, the whole thing is frustrating and disappointing. If this was a new issue I would feel more hopeful but the first post I saw in the forums about this is over a month old : (
I did reach out to chat again today, as I had no idea if anyone was even getting the replies I sent to the email that stated resolved in it. They said my ticket is still being reviewed so I guess time will tell.
Reached out to Etsy with very same issues - spoke via chat and they have escalated to another team. Hoping Etsy resolves this for all of us pronto!
Seems like most are fixed but still a few issues with some thumbnails. I found the only way to fix it is to go into the thumbnail and readjust it then save it and publish the new adjustment to the thumbnail.
My shop finally updated and back to normal - everyone else? Hope so. Dear lord, why always so many glitches! Exasperting!
I've got white, beige and two different shades of brown in my two Etsy shops, so the problem has not been fixed for me.

I checked your Shop. On Pg. 2, I see a brown box instead of the photo for "Gender Neutral Single Strand..."

The condescending messages from Etsy advising me know how to clear cookies, update browsers, switch browsers, consult my mobile info for how to clear browsing (not even any part of the original message) use the new app, sign out, sign in, sending me screen shots of my actual listing instead of how it looks in search (grey box).
I completed the survey which came faster than any Etsy real response. Spoiler alert. Not 5 stars.

Thank you so much for looking. I still have the blank squares, so assume that Etsy is testing something, such as the new review percentage boxes which have appeared on each listing.
