Any update on black thumbnail pictures?

Is anyone working on the thumbnail pictures showing up as black, extra large or just blank?  This issue has been going on for days and no updates have been given.

Please advise as soon as possible.

I see all photos clearly in your shop.

The thumbnail created on listing may be a sizing or pixel issue.

Have you cleaned out cache and cookies?  Checked your browser and ISP for issues?  

Not seeing what you are seeing.

Maybe indicate device and browser used where you are seeing this?

There are some other threads with a confirmation from Etsy Technical that they are aware and working on it.  It is not a personal computer problem but an Etsy technical problem.

I was just checking so see if anyone else had this issue. I'm seeing a black square instead of the image for one of my listings when I am trying to print the packing slip for orders.

I've been noticing this issue since yesterday so you definitely aren't alone. I'm using my laptop and Chrome. I haven't done any troubleshooting on my own (like clearing cookies, etc) since weird things like this usually resolve within a day or two once Etsy fixes a few things.

Yes, I've been noticing the same thing yesterday and today.  It's happening on my phone as well as my desktop so it isn't a cookies issue.

I've just listed an item in my other Etsy shop and am experienceing the same problem.  I can't believe that it's our computers which are at fault, so it must be Etsy re-jigging things again, or testing something.

I'm seeing black squares on about one of every 20 listings when I'm in the editing ads page.

I noticed one of my listings had a black thumbnail yesterday, only on the etsy app though. I read on the other thread some having the problem with chrome or other browsers.

I tried clearing cache and cookies etc but still there, but not when I check in incognito. So like the many etsy tests it seems shop related maybe?

I think it's only an issue in the shop manager, not the stores themselves.

I've just checked my other Etsy shop and the photo is black in the shop itself.

Maybe the cause of this is a coding error when Etsy implanted a new "find similar items" blurb into the first photo of our listings. So maybe this new "feature" is interfering with the photo itself? Just a thought.

Came here to see if anyone one else is having this issue as well. I have 200 listings in drafts currently as I'm working on launching a new collectiona and a good portion of my thumbnails are black, dark brown or completely oversized and blurred.  What is going on??

My order confirmation emails show black squares instead of the listing picture thumbnails today. And the sales are unusually very low for the last two days (I am talking about all my shops). I am afraid not only sellers see those black holes all over Etsy

My sales have basically halted the last couple days as well & that is VERY odd for this time of the year. I noticed the thumbnail issue today... I have been busy with orders so I did not see this sooner. I cannot figure out how to contact Etsy directly anymore. They had a chat feature... that seems to have disappeared.

Also having technical issues with auto saved messages from the bottom of the page, added when replying to customer emails & there is no way to delete or edit them. Have to open 3 or 4 windows to finally get it to stop. I have added this info to that thread. Customer service was a joke! She could not understand, & asked me if I was clicking on them! I give up! Wasted time when I could be working on trying to get back all my now gone sales since October.
