I am writing to inquire about an unexpected issue with my Etsy shop. It has been in vacation mode for the past 11 days without any action on my part. I have not received any communication from Etsy regarding this, and my attempts to reach out to customer support have been unsuccessful.
Furthermore, I noticed that my shop was briefly activated on December 19th, 2024 evening, seemingly only to deduct the listing fees.
I would greatly appreciate it if anyone has encountered a similar situation or can offer any guidance on how to resolve this matter.
