Another Featured Listings Glitch

Hi Al!!
We all know featured listings do not update like they should...but now I am having the issue where it won't let me unfeature listings. I unstar them, and they stay in the queue right where they were. I cannot move the new featured listings up in the queue. The old ones keep returning. And they are starred again. 
After a few hours the stars might go away but they are still in the queue. And I can make get one or two to change but not all of them.

I find that whatever changes I make to featured listings require some time to update. Definitely not real time. Try waiting at least 24 hours to see if the featured listings update. Might be a program that runs once a day (or longer).

Mine update but it will take several hours to do so, has been this way for some time now.

I gave up using the feature.  Since many buyers never visit a shop home page I wasn't too concerned not to be able to use this feature.
