Hi everyone! I’ve been trying to update some  things on my shop but when I open my shop’s page I see no change. Is it only me or is their something wrong with etsy?

It may just be a lag? I've been struggling with editing my featured items for a while. Eventually they do what I want, but it seems to take a while for the site to recognize the changes.

Are you doing this in edit shop mode?  Or in Settings - Info & Apperance?  For the latter, you need to SAVE changes by scrolling to the bottom.
