If anyone is contacted by Angela to update payment details. Delete immediately its a scam to get £298 out of your account. I would love to contact Etsy but they make it extremely difficult to contact its usually a Chat bot. Please don't get caught out

If you were scammed, you need to contact your bank and/or credit card provider, not Etsy.   Etsy cannot help you and they're already aware of all the scams going around.  You should've put it in your spam folder.

you should complete your shop to look like a pro... scammers love to target shops like yours.

A shop that isn't compete and selling from the UK without proper UK compliant shop policies that include a gdpr.
