Android seller app crashing

Starting today the seller app started crashing whenever I try to click on a link/page like Etsy ads, sales and discounts, payment account, payment settings, etc.  It tries to open then immediately crashes/closes back to the previous page.  Ive tried restarting the app a dozen times, cleared the cache, restarted my phone, re-installed the app, spoke with tech support (completely useless), and nothing works.  The app is up to date, and was working fine last night.  If I cant monitor my store from my phone and it's only usable from a desktop, then this platform is useless to me.

I have an iPhone and having issues so its definitely not just android. Make a listing go through all the steps when it click save as draft app crashes or get stuck.

It hasn't worked for days, the App stops. I installed the Etsy seller App on a new device (tablet) everything is ok, I have a doubt that it could depend on our devices that conflict with something.

Same here, the app has been useless for weeks. The "help" is no help at all but we all know that, right? I have to use my browser to get things done so the app does what it exactly?

Etsy APP keeps crashing.  Photo editor quit working - will not allow edits to be saved.  Drafts will not save.  Reached out to Etsy Support and did all of there suggestions, App still crashing.

If you have an android, just use your browser.  It is much more functional than the app.

Having all the same issues. Each time I copy a listing and try to save draft, the app crashes, and photos now no longer load in the order you select them, so you must rearrange them every time. It's been about 2 weeks, so same as everyone else. I can't believe there's no solution to this yet?? Vety frustrating!

Yep - I use both historically.  The lack of ability to edit photos in the browser version slows progress.  My Android Note has brilliant editing tools however the way photos appear on the Etsy platform often needs tweeking.  Dear Etsy Tech - please remedy these glitches!

I am hoping this is an issue etsy tech can fix, seems I certainly can't. Hopeing the best for all os us experiencing difficulties with the new seller app on our phone.
