Allowing Video Review

I have a customer who has left a video review but cannot find out how to allow it to appear under my Etsy reviews.  When I click the dots next to her video I only see a share option for sharing on other sites.  I would like it to be next to her review.  Please help.

I don't think just anyone can see a video review based on the announcement page.
I don't see any video reviews, using W11, Edge and a desktop.

I don't know if Etsy has updated this info below since 2022 or not. 
I didn't find any new updates on the announcement page about this.
