All stats on my Etsy ads dashboard are zero. Is anyone else facing this issue??

Today when I checked my etsy ads dashboard, I nnoticed that all my stats (views, cliecks, Revenue, order) are showing as 0.
I can see the official banner at the top of the page that say's, "We’re working to fix an issue on this page. Your ads are still being shown, but stats may not be updating to reflect current performance."
I just wanted to post here to confirm if this is widespread issue that others sellers are also experiencing. It would be great to know that this is not a problem to my account.

Is anyone else seeing the same thing on their ads dashboard??

Stats were all wonky. Today I noticed, while looking at some historical stats, I had 2000+ sales in 2019. Except I didn't open my shop or start selling until April 2020. Lol Things that make you go Hmmm.

Hello All

My dashboard numbers have just vanished, it’s been 24 hours, when I contacted the Etsy support the response I got was to wait 15-20 days for an agent to deal with my concern ….???? zero views, zero clicks, zero spend, and zero orders Additionally, my listings are not appearing in Etsy search results, and this issue is severely affecting my shop’s traffic and potential sales. This delay is deeply concerning given the impact on my small business.

Hola si así se ve también en la mía. Hay varias cosas que no están funcionando. De hecho no has notado que así coloques 10 Uds de Ads o 1000 Uds vendes lo mismo? Mi tienda se paró hace año y medio tiene semanas afortunadas y de un día  al otro pareciera que nadie en el planeta tierra puede verme. Es demasiado extraño todo esto!

Yes sir, there seems to be a general problem, but etsy states that the ads continue to be shown, and I expect it to be fixed after this working day.

I have a feeling this is going to be bad for my shop. I just launched 4 days ago. Now this. My curve went straight up, and now... Zero traction. Can anyone at Etsy at least confirm they are aware of this issue and working on it?

@BlockchainRebels: If you search this forum you will find that complaints about stats is a long standing issue.

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts). Etsy appears to be reticent to officially acknowledge that they are aware of an issue or to provide information on when it will be resolved.

I have the same issue. What is also unusual that I noticed on my Stats from yesterday, it shows 1 Order with $36 Revenue, which is correct, where on my Etsy Ads Performance totals, it shows 2 Orders with a $55.20 Revenue, so I have no idea where that information is coming from. My sales/views/visits/favorites have been very less the last 2 days than normal too. I hope they get this resolved soon.
