Adding your shop location is just for buyers to see. You still need to enroll in Etsy Payments.

For sellers located in Türkiye

As PayPal does not operate in Türkiye, PayPal is not available to Etsy Payments sellers located in Türkiye. This means that sellers located in Türkiye cannot accept PayPal in their shops. If you offer PayPal in your shop, PayPal will be removed from your Etsy account after you sign up for Etsy Payments.
