Did Etsy crash? All my items got deactivated. I managed to get a few back on but keep getting weird messages on others.
My items are all still listed. How are you getting your listings back?
How many items are you supposed to have? What kind of "weird messages"? I have all my items in 3 shops, so not seeing any sitewide issue here.
When I click on my listings it says I have 35 items active but when I click on my shop there are only 4 that show up
I just took a look , your active
Did they expire? Check your shop manager > listings > expired or inactive folder. If they were all deactivated then check your email.
I see 7 listings in your shop.
Hello,
I believe I have identified the issue. While I cannot get into specifics, please rest assured I'm passing this along to our internal team right now so they can look into it.
Thank you . It says I have 35 items active but when I click on my shop only 4 items show up
Check your emails. A lot of shops have been deactivated for Trademark Infringement.
If you go to your Inactive folder, and an item is marked Deactivated by Etsy, you cannot just turn it back on without approval from Etsy. That will get your shop permanently closed. If Etsy deactivated them, you should have gotten an email telling you why. Check your Spam folder. You must fix whatever the problem is and get Etsy's approval before turning it back on. If it doesn't say that, it must be a glitch, and you can turn it back on.
Your titles like Broken China Pendant would make me think the pendant was "broken" and I would not look at it further. Since it is a picture of a cowboy and bears no Chinese design, I would think it meant the pendant was from China, and not handmade by you, as required by Etsy.
Also, your titles are too short. Read the Etsy Seller's Handbook (linked at top of page) section on Search and How to be found in Search.
Your descriptions are too brief. They don't use any of your keyword phrases. You don't tell me the measurements of the product in both cm and inches. So I would move on to another product that does give that information.
@AAANativeArts I assumed that "broken" meant that china is the material broken into pieces, not the country!
I see only 4
That is probably obvious to a collector who knows the lingo for that type item, but the average person just looking for a pretty necklace might misunderstand it, like I did.
