I refreshed my listings page a moment ago and all my listings are saying they require an update. I have checked and this is something to do with the delivery profiles but when I try to update these I get a message saying this has been an error please contact Etsy support
Im not sure how this has happened as I have made no changes to my listing / Delivery profiles recently and this only happened a few seconds ago
Just want to know if this is happening to anyone else and/or if this is an issue currently.
It just sounds like a glitch. Log out and log back in and see if it resolves. If not, try a different browser.

Mine has gone back to normal now. Red update banner has gone! Looks like it was a glitch. Hopefully!!! Fingers crossed.
I think I heard when an update like this is needed it has to do with your ship from zip code. Make sure that is in your shipping profile.

This happened to me last night. It's because I had OTHER in my delivery settings. They have taken away that option so you have to put 1st class or Standard international or whatever. So annoying as I chose OTHER so I could change the delivery timescale as Etsy's are unrealistic.
I've just tried to amend mine from Other to Royal Mail and the system is refusing. Even tried to duplicate the profile and start again, still won't save it.

This happened to me too. It's because I also had OTHER in my delivery settings. changed to USPS 1st class and it works great now ! no more glitch
So irritating - I've had to choose a SLOWER option than I used to, so instead of 2-3 business days, I can now only select 3-7 business days for Express international deliveries. What is going on, Etsy?

Just keep in mind that in Etsy's rather binary eye, the order must not only be actually shipped by the 'Scheduled To Ship By Date, but must also be marked as completed / shipped by that date. There is no way to backdate the shipped date.
Yes ! This has just happened to me ! Just took the shop out of vacation mode and every listing apart from the low priced items with no tracking is marked Update Required ! 98 percent of my listings are consequently 'under review' . Not sure how much more of this I can take without jumping ship. Breaking my heart and bank balance,
@LyonesseLady I don't want to add to your stress but some of your listings do not have policies attached, we now have to add them to each individual listing, just thought you should know.

I have just had the same thing happen to my shop but can't see what I need to fix and there is no notice about it?
Thanks all sorted now if this happens to you go to delivery settings and make sure all the delivery settings have an actual delivery service and save.

All my products are on the same delivery option but only my older listings are listed as needing updating.
