All active articles are gone over night!

Today I woke up, checked my shop (I had about 25 articles) and everything is gone. Etsy says I have 0 active articels and I can't find them anywhere! I am like freaking out a little bit because I spent so much time and money on ads and descriptions etc. I also did'nt got a single Email from Etsy about why and how this happened.

It's now over 7 hours i contacted Etsy support but no answer yet.

Anyone experiencing the same issue, maybe a bug from Etsy?

EDIT: I listened the articles only a month ago and my expired and deactivated folders are at 0! It's like they just dissapeared.

I dont think so, I am selling vintage lamps and decor. Also if this would be the case, Etsy has to let me know why they would deactivate my articles and I'm sure it wouldn't be every single one.

Until Etsy responds I don't know, just don't panic & open another ticket. Wait for them to respond and make sure you reply and reiterate your problem.

In the meantime, I can see a cached version of your shop with 15 listings.

You might be able to salvage some info by taking screen shots, searching for cached images of each listing while its available, cutting & pasting text snippets.

Did you look in your expired and/or deactivated folders? When did you list them? Listings only last for 4 months, and then move to expired.

Possibilities:1.  they expired 2. they were somehow prohibited (vintage lamps might be an issue) or used a prohibited term 3. there was something not correct due to your country's laws 4. total glitch. 

Check your expired and deactivated folders.

They are not expired and not deactivated, they are completely gone. I can only see sold articles, everything else is 0. 

I think it is possible that there might be something wrong due to my countrys laws or maybe some prohibited terms but is it normal that Etsy just deletes everything over night without telling? How am I supposed to fix anything this way

If you did not make or design the items they may have been removed for reselling. There is no "fixing" that . Oops..saw you said vintage. You just need to follow the contact links and wait for a reply. Try to not open numerous requests but stick to the first one and keep replying "doesn't help my situation/ does not apply " until you get to a real person. Probably a glitch but I know Germany has new shipping laws..maybe it is a related issue?

The Ikea Blimp Lamp you had was discontinued by Ikea in 2014.  There is still a PDF for assembly and operation still available for it.   I've seen it listed on several other platforms as 'vintage' as well. 

Maybe Etsy took issue with labeling items as 'vintage' that may not have been.

Expired?

Or are they teething rings?  Bracelets for babies?  Etsy may be cracking down on baby bracelets.  Children under 3 should not have jewelry without adult supervision.  Etsy is a bit leery on children's items.

Other items?  Are they designer items?  Etsy may be looking at them.  Are the listings under deactivated or totally gone?

As I said they are completely gone, not deactivated or expired and not a single word from etsy about why.

I'm reselling vintage decor from the 90s just as many other shops (also german ones) do, nothing fancy about it. I also have a license for it.

I will wait for an answer from Etsy, even tho I still dont get why they would delete everything without telling me why and wait for me to reach out to them about it, that's just super weird and bad service in my eyes.

Has someone hacked your account? Not unheard of. Change your password just in case the hacker has plans to hijack your shop with crap listings.

Have you shared your computer or an IP address with another etsy user who has been shut down by Etsy? That may affect your shop too.

OK guys, so there was indeed external access on my account. Etsy asked my about more personal information about my accout, which was kinda sus since they didn't answer a single question about what happened and now I am waiting 3 days for any answers again. I opened a new ticket, and will wait a few days more. If there is no support or solution, I'll probably have to leave Etsy, since they can't provide account security or any kind of support. BEWARE

Do not open additional tickets, stick to the original ticket and keep replying until they respond to the actual issue.

Hello! I have a problem too. My ads say, "Sorry, this item is currently unavailable." I deactivated and reactivated, as I was advised here in the forum. I paid extra for this repair and everything was fine for a day or two. Now several of my ads again say that they are not for sale. I think the site has some technical problem.

Not sure what you mean by "I paid extra for this repair." Unless the deactivated listing had expired, there shouldn't be a fee for reactivating.

So, for everyone who wanted to know how this turned out: Etsy closed my tickets without responding or helping in any way. I'm just speecheless haha.

Did you open a new shop? You could put the name of it in your announcement in case a previous customer tries to come back to this shop.
