Hello, i had some cases where my buyers had been refunded, but refunded from my funds, after u contacted Etsy support they realise mistake and that I follow Etsy protection program and give me back the funds.
Today I had another case and again funds has been taken from my acc, after convo with agent he said this Thank you for your patience! Upon checking I want to inform you that I will need to send this over to my team for this to get further checked and you will be notified as soon as this gets addressed, until then we appreciate your patience and understanding towards this. '
After some hours I tried again and just after I mention order number the agent dissappearef without comment and it's written there "Agent will join you after 7-8-13 days (always different)"
I am pretty worry and confused, any thoughts?
Thanks for advices, I have removed that.
You had been told that it would be taken to the team and you would be notified once they could address it. By contacting them again just hours later, you have probably triggered an auto response, and this is likely all you will get now, until they can get to your case.
@LittleLionDesignsMK -- Why do you have these statements in your Etsy shop?
Shop Title -- "Www.fb.me/littleliondesign Order there without tax." (FB does charge taxes!)
Shop Announcement --"To pay via credit card please message me here or to my Facebook official group - Www.facebook.com/littleliondesign" (You have Etsy payments which does include credit cards!)
It is against Etsy policy to direct your customers to purchase off Etsy!
when it comes to cases against your shop, etsy may take a kinder approach if your shop policies were complete. You ship to everywhere, which means you need EU compliant shop policies and need to add:
- sellers details
- right of withdrawal
- gpsr
keep responding to the same ticket.
do not open new tickets, it just drops you to the end of the line.
that shop announcement is bad and could get your shop closed. You are on etsy's radar now with your request for assistance, they may see that.

good luck!
Thanks for advices, I have removed that.
