On your items of $20 or more the quantity does NOT show on the listing page. You have to add to cart to see it.
On your items under $20, the quantity is still showing on the listing page.
It's been this way for a while, maybe a few years at least.
ETA: I did notice on "some" items under $20 that had a variation (like color or size) the quantity box was "not" showing but on other items the quantity was showing along with the variation.
