Some of my buyers want to leave reviews after i complete their order, which is a service I provide.
They are telling me etsy won't let them leave reviews/ratings for a few months after, this is weird
Can anyone explain why?
The review window opens on the expected date of delivery.
Why is the date of delivery set for a few months, i never set a date like that, my work is done within 3- 5 days not months?

It could be just an excuse the buyers are giving you since reviews are public with their username attached. Perhaps they don't want their enemies to know that they had a curse put upon them.

i am not seeing anyone else saying it is not working for their shop.
It's a big deal, the most important thing is that my services work for my clients.

People may not want to leave reviews. Don't push it. Etsy pushes hard for reviews, so much it is annoying.
