Ads not activating

I reactivated my ads last night after a pause. Up until now, the ads stats are showing 0 views, which is highly unusual for my shop. It looks like the ads haven't started as nothing was charged yesterday and nothing is showing today.

Your shop is not indexed. You need to contact Etsy.

Really? I'm trying to contact support and from the Help center, I can't even sign in so it's not letting me contact anyone. I can still access my dashboard though. This is maddening!

I you can access your dashboard that means you are signed in.

But not on the Help page. I have several shops and in the others, which have not been de-indexed, when I go to the Help page, I am automatically logged in. In the de-indexed shop, I get the Sign-in box and when I click on it it just opens another identical Help page. And since you need to be logged in in the Help section to access support, I can't from there.
