Admin closed opened case. I think by mistake

Hello dear team.
We got an order on Oct,1st consisted of a tent, a mattress and a semi-circle mattress. The order was sent to the client on Oct,2. The client got the delivery in the USA on Oct, 7th. After that the client texted me complaining that the size of the tent is too small and differs from the size on photos.  
I replied that the size corresponded to the parameters on listings and there was a scheme in the description where all dimensions are shown.
The client said he would like to return the tent. 
We agreed that the client would send us the tent and I’d reimburse the cost after getting the delivery in Turkey.
Some days later the client texted me that he’d been charge $1400 for the delivery. 
I’m not responsible for delivery cost in the US so I offered to send me the tent by any other way no matter how much time it would take. After that I’d pay the money back.
After my reply the client complained that we had sent him the order with wrong print! When I asked him to sent some pictures to make sure I’d made a mistake the client didn’t reply so Etsy administrator shut the complaint down.
2 days later the client reopened the complaint, Etsy administrator accused our store of sending the wrong order and obliged us to reimburse the cost of the order.
I’m sure it’s the Etsy admin’s mistake to shut the case down without any proof from the client.
Who can help me please?

I would appeal, send Etsy all correspondence between you and your customer which shows you were reasonable and accepted the return and ask Etsy to provide you with proof that you sent the wrong print which lead to them refunding the customer, if they can not provide this then demand that your funds are returned until you have received your item back. Policies and laws are there for a reason, they expect us to follow them and is not so much to ask for them to do the same

Here is the case were the shop policies don't comply with local law so that's why Etsy refunded automatically.

This is why it's crucial to have to correct policies set.

I'm sorry this happend and I would try to appeal.

@KidsTentWorld  you do not seem to have the correct policies on all your items only on some, as mentioned above this will be why Etsy refunded. You need to check all your listings
