Adding the location in adding production partners is not working

Hi 

Im trying to add the location via the settings option, Ive followed the instructions from etsy and printify (printify states to add United States of America) Etsy states to choose from the drop down menu, there isnt a drop down option and when i enter Unite States of America it wont let me proceed? it keeps asking me to choose the location?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

I couldn't get this working under Settings - Production Partners, but on a new listing, using the Add Production Partner, the drop down does work.

I'm having the same issue. It doesn't work when adding a new listing because the link takes you back to settings to add production partner. Since it worked for you, can you share further instructions, please?

You should use another browser. I used  uc browser and it’s work.

I am having the same issue. According to Etsy's instructions, the location field should show a drop of locations once you start typing, but this is not happening.
"

1. In the Location field, Enter your partner’s city, state, province, etc. As you type, select from the list that appears."

Did you figure it out? I'm not sure how to fix this issue myself.

I was having the same problem as everyone else adding location. The issue was on Firefox, but when i tried safari it started showing locations as I was typing. Try switching browsers.

i am also having this problem. im using a cromebook and i tried downloading opera browser but it doesnt work with my device. i tried sorting it out on my phone but that also didnt work. so im alittle bit stuck

I am having the same problem. I cannot list anything until the "production Manager's page is complete. The location part is the problem. Like everyone else, it keeps giving me an error message. (There is no drop down box). Can Etsy fit this problem for us?

same problem here i think it's a major error on the website. i try multiple options also on diffrent computers but the problem keeps the same.
