Adding pictures

When I try to add pictures it says technical issue contact Etsy support. Also when I try to send a picture in a message it is telling me it couldn't send them a couple minutes later it sends. Any advice?????

Have you tried reducing the file size ?

Where are you trying to upload photos?  What kind of device?  What browser?  Listing photos?  New template or old? 

Loading photos may take longer depending on file size and your device and how well it works with Etsy.

I have been trying from my Google Pixel 6 and also my laptop. It is when trying to add listing photos and message photos. I use Microsoft edge browser on my laptop.
