Add listing to "sections"

Can someone please tell me how to add a new listing to the "sections" list on one's home page? I've been going to the old format to do this. Thanks. Deb

@dejamosaics Probably the easiest way to do this is thru Quick Edit on your Listings page - upper right toggle on.

Re: Add listing to "sections"

Down at the bottom, in SETTINGS, right before you select the renewal method, is the "Sections" part.  You can either pick an existing section, or add a new one (up to 20 total) for your shop.

Re: Add listing to "sections"

I have to publish the listing and then go back and hit edit then my sections show up. I don't understand why every time I add new listings it comes up " add your first Section" My shop has been here since 2010 and I have all the sections you can add. This has been like this on every other listing and now with the new format it is all the time when listing a new listing.

Re: Add listing to "sections"

The only time I lose the shop section is when I use "Duplicate" from a live listing in my shop, which is still defaulting to the old form.
If I then switch to the new form, the section re-appears.
