Activity not updating...anyone else?

My activity has not updated since last night but ads show clicks and views... Lots of testing going on in my shop. Every time I open a browser, incognito or regular, different tests are showing. Anyone else?

I have experienced that on mobile app for over a month now. Very odd. Get notification and when I go to look it is not there....

Unsure what the deal is. In the midst of tanked sales, no support for inexplicable disappearance of items, that bug got pushed down the triage ladder.

I have a Fav from 6 hrs. ago shown in my Seller Dashboard (desktop computer, Chrome). And it shows listings which have Visits.
I'm Faving one of your items; see if it shows.

Hello!

I do not see a favorite from you. No activity since NanaLetha. Almost all of my ad dollars are spent though with many clicks. Something is very strange.

My Activity has also not been updating. I don't know how many favorites that I have under Activity, & at times my Views and Visits are slow in showing up. If someone has put something in their cart, I don't know that either. The whole thing is frustrating. I did contact customer service & they replied back yesterday saying that it was all resolved and caught up, WRONG! I just wish for once that I could actually see my Recent Activity.

In order for my activity to update I have to log out and log in or restart my phone. This is day 2 of this and very frustrating.

My visits, etc not updating, however sales are coming through and showing up right away.
