Activity feed is not updating on Computer or App
My recent activity in my shop hasn't updated for days now. I am still receiving views, reviews, and sales, but nothing is showing up in the feed on my PC. I also checked the Etsy app News and Activity feed and it says "your're all caught up Check out the Seller Handbook for some advice and inspiration" And yes... "you're" is spelled incorrectly on the phone app message and I am unable to see any recent sales, favorites, or feedback. I have contacted Etsy support and they are saying this hasn't been reported by anyone else.
I help another Etsy seller out with her shop and have access to her shop through the App and I can toggle back and forth between her shop and mine on the app. Her shop is updating just fine so it isn't an App issue, even though the weird spelling error made me question if it had been hacked or something! And it isn't a browser issue as I cleared my catch and cookies etc. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what is going on? Etsy seller support just said they would report it and email me with any updates. They couldn't figure it out either!

Thank you! I hope they fix this soon. Weird that it isn’t across the board with everyone having this issue though…

Oddly, service returned to the 'News & Activity' tab on my App very briefly this morning, but then disappeared again shortly after, leaving the same strange "Your're all caught up" message which I have had for the last two days.
It is obviously not a problem with the App itself. I can only imagine that there is an issue with one of Etsy's computer servers.

Ok...so it is updating now on my computer but still isn't updating at all in my activity feed on the app.

@SimplyCharmed21 @cbwatchesautoaero Hi, I don't use the App, but have heard the Seller App is very glitchy. And that it is best to use the Buyer App, mobile browser or computer.

All seems fine on my computer, but the problem still exists on my App. I spoke to an Etsy customer service adviser who emailed me a list of things to try including uninstalling and reinstalling the app and deleting the data cache on my phone for the Etsy app. Sadly none of these steps worked. My guess is that it could be a glitch in the latest Etsy seller app update.

I honestly don’t know how sellers can go by stats. Js. Views, visits… clear as mud and worth far less. I see 1 when I go look, which I gather means none.

I use it by looking to see how many people favorite an item to determine if my pricing is too high because they may be favoriting, but it isn't converting to sales. If their ad system included how many hearts gained from ads, that would be way more helpful to me...but as they don't, I do track hearts for this purpose. It would also help if I could see how many hearts for an item using different time frames rather than just the 30 days they show on the listing page stats. It is hard to piece all of the info I need to really determine how well an item is doing based on views from ads verses views from regular search etc and how well they are converting to favorites and sales. Its annoying.

Woke up to my app now showing the same message and linking to the handbook. I hope they fix the issue asap as it’s very unsettling.

I’m getting the same misspelled message on my app as well. I hope they fix this soon! I miss the activity updates.

Sorry, what is mis-spelled? You're is spelt correctly as in, You are.

It’s happening on my phone app too (same misspelling, looks like spam) and I have also contacted Etsy with no response. It is super frustrating as I very much depend on my Activity feed.

Hi. I have the same problem with activity page. Contacted Etsy but they advised to reinstall app. I did but not help. I don’t know what to do. Is annoying
