Account suspended

I need help. Our Etsy account was suddenly suspended on April 2nd. When we appealed to Etsy, we received a mail from Etsy saying that there is some problem in the documents and it can be corrected. We told Etsy about this and then a message came from the Etsy team that your shop will not be opened. But I need Etsy's help right now. I and my family are dependent on Etsy only. Right now, we only want to work on Etsy. Please help us. We will try to correct the unintentional mistake. Please help.

We are only other sellers here, so can't help with a closed shop

you have 10 sales, it seems unusual anyone can relying on just 10 sales since before November 2023, when etsy stopped new India shops from opening.

if the mistake was to set up with the wrong country, to get around the fact that you can't open an India one, your shop will stay shut

However, if you have been living off those 10 sales for nearly a year and a half, and it is a mistake with your Payoneer account, etsy doesn't/can't fix it at all, Payoneer has to.

NEVER rely on just one thing for your business, whether it is a platform for selling, or a supplier for goods etc, start working on alternative outlets now

We opened the shop in 2023 itself but earlier we had offline customers, so we could not focus on Etsy, but now the number of customers has reduced and there is no offline work in the market, so we want to work on Etsy

for India shops, it is usually a problem with payoneer, that doesn't verify properly

and if that isn't fixed with payoneer, etsy has to close the shop

We have said this because we don't know if we have made a mistake which we are not aware of, that is why we wrote this
