Account suspended

Hy,

I've made a store today on Etsy, called "BijuGardenbyCristina". 

I made all the steps to open the store but i've receive the message:

"Your account is currently suspended.
Please check your email for a message explaining why, and how to restore your account. If you have further questions, contact Etsy support."

I pay all the listings.

I did not receive an email explaining why the account is suspended.

Can somebody help me please?

I can't find either of your shops. Find the email Etsy sent you ... probably in your spam folder. I'd also suggest using the 'contact us' option on the manager page menu. Keep choosing and clicking the options until you get the 'still need help' button at the bottom. Clicking that should get you an email option or (depending on the time) a chat option.

I managed to get in touch with Etsy, now I have to wait 2 weeks until I check what happened.

this shop name shows no associated shop...

if you had a shop and it was deleted by Etsy, you can't ever open another one. Given what you're describing, sure sounds like that.

I definitely would see about contacting them and see if they can help you with more understanding of what has happened.
