Account suspended without explanation, support unresponsive, help center doesn't work

Hello All,
My shop MissingDecor and account has been suspended without any reason or explanation almost 5 days ago (September 23). I am unable to get any support from Etsy. Help Center page won't let me use the contact form or even sign in. Through various means I was able to open a few support tickets, but after some initial (and very late, 2-3 days) email replies and questions from Support, they all went silent.
My store and items are down, invisible in Etsy search, I am unable to transfer a large amount of money and I am losing sales and customers like crazy, without any action or even reply from Support. The account is in good standing, all required info and payments / fees up to date, $0.00 balance. It's been almost 5 days now since my account was suspended.
Has anyone experienced something similar? What would be an appropriate course of action to solve this?

I looked at the items in your suspended shop and found them for sale at alibaba and walmart and amazon... some of the photos were exactly the same plus they were selling them for much much much less than you.

reselling is not allowed on Etsy.

that would be my guess as to why you were suspended.

We do not sell on Alibaba / walmart / amazon. Can you provide any links / screenshots?

We do not cross - sell items between etsy accounts either. We started adding items from MissingDecor to MyBig Oak store only after Missing Decor was closed.

Since you have your own photos, reverse image search them with Google.

It is easy to see who else is selling the products with the images - they pop right up. It looks like you are RESELLING.

EDITED TO ADD:

It is a BAD idea to put those same listings in your other shop without finding out WHY Etsy removed them.

They can close this shop, too.

@PlatypusDream I used Google Lens to reverse search (the new shop) and couldn't find any from other retailers. Very similar, the faces one almost looks the same as others, but the roots are different, and the tree of life one has vertical lines which the 'wholesale' ones don't.
