Account suspended without email notification or explanation

Hello,
My account was suspended without receiving any email explaining the reasons for this decision, knowing that I have already provided all the requested documents. Unable to get a response from a human agent to address my request, when I request a copy of the email of the suspension I only receive automated emails. Thank you for your assistance.

You can appeal a suspension but there is no guarantee they will reply.
