Account suspended for changing credit card details

What’s wrong with Etsy. Not 1 but 2 of my shops were suspended just because I changed credit card details. That credit card expired so I had to change it. Help center is useless. Kept appealing thrice now but no response.

if you go in as a buyer, in your seller account, did you change the card there too?

Yes I did that sometime ago

@LindasJewelryShop   If yours is simply a change in expiration date then that's all you need to do.  I changed mine with no issue when it was close to expiring.

You do not have your shops listed in the public profiles as required by Etsy.

A change in credit card usually does not result in a shut down.  Did you check for an email?    What were you selling in the other shops and is it similar to the one you are posting from?  A change in card could have triggered something. Was this a new card or simply a change in expiration date?

If you received an email back then reply to that email about it.  Do not keep opening tickets.
