I’ve had two separate customers yesterday reorder the same order that I sent out a few days ago. I messaged them and asked if it was accidental. They told me that they didn’t see the toy on their order and the other person didn’t see the order at all so she reordered it. Wondering if anybody else is having the same issue. I was going to chalk it up to that they don’t know how to navigate Etsy but two people in one day has me more concerned. Anybody else?
