Hello, Im getting messages about late dispatched orders, when all have been on time. I spoke to customer service who cant work out why. I shared the order numbers as they can see all are on time. She said its something to do with Royal Mail not updating tracking their end? I purchsase postage through Etsy. Is there someone from Technical that can help?

I have a similar issue where I was deducted from 100% because of Etys Error. I too posted a technical topic with no help from support unfortunately.
Thanks for the reply. It seems Etsy are rather poor at managing their company. Customer service said I needed help here, but I cant see anyway to actually speak to them other than the way I did.
