Account put on Vacation

I changed my account to a business EIN number instead of of my social security number. I submitted all the legal documents five days ago. Emailed several times no response

No way to call or chat just emails that never get answered ever. In the meantime I'm not making any income because someone at Etsy can't figure out that it's a legal document. Unacceptable. Why can't they respond. They want us to have great customer service but they don't need to be?  If I knew that having a business tax ID number would stop my account I would have left my social security number on and then I would have to take the tax hit on my personal taxes. How can a big company like ETSY get away with how they handle their business and other peoples business?  How can they can away with no customer support?????

Pretty much nothing on Etsy is instant, add to that the myriad different requirements from different countries and jurisdictions and the increasing requirements for identification designed to combat identity fraud, it can take a week or (probably) more to get things updated when you (or they) make changes.

Would you recommend I wait or change it back to my social security number?  But then again when I go to update it again same thing might happen. I'm just losing so many sales. I thought since I had the legal doy from the State of Illinois and The IRS it would be an easy transition. It's the no response and no communication from Etsy that is frustrating and no way of getting a hold of someone.
