We can’t finish enrolling you in Etsy Payments since Payoneer couldn’t verify your info. We’ve put your shop on pause via Holiday Mode, so you can’t receive new orders right now and your listings won’t appear in search results on Etsy.
To sell on Etsy, reach out to Payoneer’s Customer Care team to try enrolling again or check your email for more info.
This is the error in my store, and Payoneer provided confirmation that everything is fine, but there was an additional verification.

If you have an email thread going with support (not chat) then reply to each email with 'I still need help' - that seems to be the trigger phrase to get the bots to keep your convo open. If you get one of those 'how did we do?' emails, it means they cut you off and you should start a new one.
