Account blocked

Hi there, etsy blocked one of my two seller accounts without announcement or E-mail. Support does not come back to me. Has anybody expereince or advice what to do? Thank you

Did you state on both accounts that you had another shop? All shops must be listed on your profile

If you have 2 shops they need to be listed on each others about section.

What does the banner on your shop homepage say exactly? Does it say you are 'busy fulfilling orders' or 'currently not selling'.

The course of action depends on why the shop was blocked. Check your dashboard in shop manager and also emails (inc. Junkmail folder).

The shop is closed, you cannot find it but no more information of etsy

Etsy seems to be suspending second shops recently. Of all the affected sellers coming to the forums, it appears that they all have the same thing in common ... the other accounts are not declared on each profile as required in the TOU. Perhaps this is the connection?

We can't check it out if we don't know the name of the blocked shop.

Thank you for your answers, as the account is blocked, you cannot check it out. Right the shops did not mention each other. Before blocking I had two orders which were noit paid and stayed in the overview for weeks, I contacted support via chat and they took it out, two days later they blocked the shop. I get no response of support since 5 days now.I lose around 30-50 orders per day and visibility, do you have any idea what to do? Etsy did not inform me...

What were you selling?  Did you read Etsy's Terms of Use to be sure that you were offering items that are allowed to be sold on this site?

Yes we run the shop since nearly seven years with around 45000 sells, so everything was good until now. To be honest I think it is a mistake...But the real problem is, that etsy does not answer

you still have not disclosed the other shop in your profile.

and you have not told us the name of your other shop.

or what you were selling.

nobody can help you if you do not answer those simple questions.

just because you have made 45000 sales in 7 years does not mean the items can be sold here.

so it is possible you were closed due to a policy violation.

Rose & Jack, it is mostly jewellery and laser engraved personalized items, so the second shop has to be mentioned on the front page? Thank you

Not under your shop name. That is where you state what you sell.
