Account Suspended with no reason and email

I am Hariom Yadav ( Account Holder) we are selling garments products on Etsy ( Account Name - FashionStreetIN ) which are HANDMADE and MADE TO ORDER with custom personalization's as per the customer demands and needs. We are selling on this Etsy Platform since 3 years and having a good customers support and happy customers with our products .( You can take a look with my accounts ratings , reviews and sales ).
And suddenly without even providing any notice or any warning my account has been suspended and I don't know the actual reason behind this and it states we cannot give you the information behind this and this has been done by the experts of Etsy Team.
I don't know how can anyone do this without informing the seller or providing any notice to them where as you are also refunding the orders in productions which is irrelevant for me as a seller. I was always up to the mark with every details you asked for and I don't have any payment dues and I also provided each and every documents needed or mandatory .
I kindly request you for reinstatement of my account suspension and I am more than willing to cooperate fully and provide any information you need to solve this issue.
I value the opportunity to be part of the Etsy and continue with the business and account both.
All I get from them is that it has been "escalated" while I am sitting here losing my Star Seller Badge for no reason and my account is in jeopardy of being suspended for their "errors"! ETSY PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM! You have ruined my Etsy store at no fault of my own.

If Etsy sent you here for help, it is not a way to contact Etsy and Etsy won't contact you here. You have to contact Etsy through the help pages.
Etsy doesn't have to give you an exact reason for being suspended  closed.

Usually Etsy puts that yellow banner with that info when they've closed your shop either permanently or due to a shop being hacked. 

This forum is only other sellers here and can't help.

Maybe Etsy's bots found your items on other websites and think you're reselling those items?

I noticed you only have a 4 star rating for the last 12 months, so it seems you've had to have a lot of issues with the items you're selling based on the amount of sales you had.

Your account is actually closed not suspended. We cannot see your shop to give the advice you asked. We are just other sellers and cannot get your shop reinstated.

What kind of clothing were you making? It appears Etsy has permanently closed your shop, since previously sold items and your feedback are not accessible, and the cached view of your page shows what it currently looks like.

You can appeal a permanent suspension but make sure you are following the rules.  If you are designing the clothing and making the clothing or have POD help then detail this information in your appeal.  You may be able to add photos of you designing and making the items.

If you found your items elsewhere or you sell elsewhere and were using the same photos that may have led to Etsy closing the shop especially if you did not appeal takedown of listings.  Have you found your items elsewhere and have you filed agains the the users with a DMCA?  Today sadly all sellers must be vigilant to protect their IP.

I noticed that your shop star rating was only 4 stars.  Did you recently have a run of bad reviews?  This may have been part of the reason for closing the shop.

When was the shop closed down? There are new rules for personalized items: they cannot be mockups. So if you do get your shop reopened, you might have a lot of photos to retake.

I am sorry this has happened to you.  Keep appealing your case.  In my experience the first few rejections for my appeals appeared to by from AI.  Don't give up!
