Accidentally swiped down on iPad

Argh!!! I’ve done this on three separate occasions now and I have to ask...

I was making a listing in the Sell on Etsy app, filling out the description. Meant to swipe down to scroll up, but accidentally hit the top of the window where it says Description when I swiped down which swiped the whole listing down and out the bottom of the screen into No Man’s Land, where left socks and lighters and hair ties hang out. Is it just gone forever? I swiped and swooped and swapped, but to no avail. And not in Drafts either. Is there some fancy schmancy iPad trick I’m unaware of? I was almost done! Was just gonna proofread... sigh...

Aaaaaaah!!!! Sooooo frustrating. Just did it AGAIN. You would think Etsy would automatically save it as a draft or something. The other day I got to the very last thing. Entered my sku and swipe too hard. GONE… And that was on their new updated selling app that’s being tested out. FAIL FOR ME.

Very frustrating but afaik you can not retrieve the listing in any way. Similar happened a couple of times to me on Mac/Safari - I accidentally hit command-N instead of command-V to paste some text - and poof everything is gone, because with this command all browser tabs are instantly closed - no warning. I'd be nice if Etsy could save unfinished listings like that as a draft, similar to unsent emails in Gmail, for example, where you have to actively delete the draft.
