Hi,
I have just started loading in my new shop which i had set up Month ago but never gain my first sale. Very excited someone reached out in a days to buy but got a message from Etsy to say "they could not as I have not passed the standard verification" I have nothing pending on my account stats, bank all verified and no emails to see of such. Anyone advise where this might be to fix?
Huge thanks

I think it,s spam I also started a shop and i sold a lot items But it was al scam
but i am worry about my sale why i cant get my first sale my shop is almost 40 days old and my shop listing is around 50+
@ZurevoTemplates You're selling templates and POD clothing which are two very crowded areas. You can ask for a Shop Critique, but remove the Labubu listing first.
That is a scam. Was the message in the "from etsy" section of your inbox? If not, it is a scam!
If you had a sale, it would be under "orders" and could be "pending" if something was off.
Beware of "buyers" telling you they can't purchase. It's 99.9% of the time a scam. You can always tell them they have to take it up with etsy themselves to make them go away.
NEVER fall for this scam. They will attempt to get your financial info and steal your money
A scam that most new sellers also get. If the message came through your regular Etsy messages and not the ''from Etsy'' messages folder, then it's a scammer contacting you. Put it in your spam folder by clicking 'report'.
Expect more scammers.
Also expect take downs for IP infringement unless you change your shop.
Example: "Labubu"
