About Support Request

Recently my shop was suspended and i want to appeal, but the problem is i have 2 open support requests and i want to close it, i tried to email and chat with support but they dont help me, kindly if any one could help me and yes sorry for my bad english..

You'll have to speak with Etsy.

Use one of your existing support requests and keep responding I still need help. Opening more will put you at the back of the support queue each time.
