AYUDA¡¡¡¡¡¡ No recibo los SMS para la autentificación en dos pasos.

Hola desde España, tengo activado el acceso a mi cuenta en dos pasos, con contraseña y con clave que se envía por SMS, no se por qué no recibo los mensajes y no puedo acceder a mi cuenta. Alguien sabe si he podido desactivar algo y me puede ayudar? Gracias. Elena

@MYNATUREJEWEL: There have been other reports in this forum with issues receiving the code for two factor authorization (2FA) via text. At the time you set up 2FA you were offered the chance to download a list of backup codes. If you did that, you could use one of those to log in.

Hola, gracias por responder pero ya he probado con esos códigos y no puedo acceder. Me pide uno de 6 dígitos y los que se descargan son de 9

Dashboard Shop Manager > Community & Help > Contact Us >Selling on Etsy >if none of those topics apply or helps you, go to the bottom and click  "I Still Need Help". That will take you to Chat Support.
