I frequently go in to review the search terms for which my ads are spending, and today when I open them, each one is showing:
"Searches that led to this ad (0)"
I have checked to make sure the timeframe is large enough to expect search terms, and many of these ads have been running for some time and had 100+ search terms showing as of yesterday. Today they're all gone.
These ads continue to spend so I need to adjust the search terms. This is clearly a technical issue of some sort.
Someone from Etsy: what's going on?

My ad stats are all showing 0 spend/visits.
I have had this issue since January.
I have MANY orders from ads, but every single one of my listings shows 0 in the 'searches that led to this ad' area. Even on orders that say '50 orders from this ad'. I've contacted Etsy on multiple occasions, and get the same canned 'engineers are working on it' email. Its been 4 MONTHS, and every single day this issue is costing me money, since I am not able to turn off the search terms that are irrelevant.
Ditto! Did they fix this. Happens to me every single month. Same thing same problem. We can't be the only ones.
Still happening today so how are you meant to hone in, niech down and stop spending "money for nothing cause the clicks aint free "....... my thoughts Etsy knows you want the data... my beliefs, I know Etsy wants more money and that's what they get by our ads being so broad... so is it a technical issue....hmmmmmmm nah
This is still an issue today. 01/24/2025 Stuff that has 7 orders in the past 30 days, 4 orders from ads (etsy says this) yet 0 search terms that led to the sale? Come on ETSY!
