ACCOUNT HACKED

Hi

I found out yesterday that my account has been hacked. They have set up 2 step authentication so I can't access my account to change the password etc.. Ive had an email to say that my bank account has been changed also, next payment is soon.

Ive contacted Etsy via email (the only option) and the responses are not helpful. I need to access my account as I've orders to send and I want to gain control of my account again. What can I do? Will the police be able to do something?

The police can't help you with your Etsy account. You need to reply to the messages you receive from Etsy and get help from them. Starting new emails will just put you to the back of the queue.

Hi, I am experiencing the same problem of hacking with my account since yesterday and can't log in on my shop because of the 2 factors authentification. Can I get some help from Etsy too? Thank you.

@TreasuredAutographs  On the shop your posting from now, did you have a link anywhere showing for your other shop, because if you did its not there now.

Hi no I didn't they are 2 seperate shops

@TreasuredAutographs   Both public profiles need to reflect through links and other information that you have more than one shop.  This is an Etsy requirement.
