ABANDONEDCART coupon cannot be adjusted, changed, or deleted

once you set up an ABANDONEDCART coupon, how do you change the percentage of discount it gives without having to change the code name? since you cannot delete the coupon, it won't let you use the same code again. If you use the same code, you cannot change the percent! You can only deactivate the code and not delete it. 
However, now I am also getting a new bug where i cannot create any more ABANDONEDCART coupons using any other names. I have one called "COMEBACK" (their default name) and "ABANDONEDCART" and now i cannot create any new ones. It's such a mess. Does anyone know what to do?

You need to click "stop sending" for the ones you don't want.

yes but you can't reuse the same coupon code with a different percentage discount.

For a specified number of days (I can't recall the number) Etsy keeps the code active for people who have received the coupon. After that period has ended, and the coupon can be deleted, you can reuse the name. I've done so in the past.

those codes are valid for a year!  So, you can stop sending them but anyone who received the code yesterday or in the 12 months previously with, for example, 10% off, would not be pleased to find that that code had been downgraded to 5% off.
