5.0 avg. rating yet no Rave reviews badge

Hello, I have an avg. review rating of 5.0 yet I am not being awarded the Rave reviews badge as I see it in the Star Seller section. In fact, I've never had a review that was less than 4 stars with the vast majority being 5 stars. Frankly, I feel like I have been robbed from being a Star Seller on some months because the Rave reviews badge does not calculate correctly on occasion.

For the current October badge, you have an average of 4.75 - below the 4.8 you need for the star. When the 4 star review you had in July drops off at the end of October, you should get the badge.
