4 more days of life for my shop - please help

I have been in the Etsy collective for 5 years and I have never had a problem. Now the problem is huge and I am threatened with closing my shop.
Briefly about my problem:
Shop Manager-Finances-Legal and Tax Information = I do not have the possibility to edit my information. A red crossed out circle appears.
If I don't have the data entered in my account, I can't confirm it on the yellow banner, which allows me only 4 more days to complete my data.
What did I do to try to "unlock" my Legal and Tax information?
I turned off all blockers on my computer, logged out of the account, turned off the Internet, reset the computer, waited a few minutes. Turned everything back on and tried logging in through 3 different browsers. There was no change.

I sent an email to Etsy Support and I'm waiting for a response. I am asking Forum members for help, too. Thank you.

I'm experiencing the same problem. No response to chats and emails. My shop has only 4 days left and will be 3 days soon. Still no contact from the support team, my shop will be in forced vacation mode. I've been having trouble sleeping and getting anxious since the Yellow Banner was born.

It seems that the problem is with shops that have the option of paying only with Pay Pal.
