I had a very slow quarter for personal reasons, but still maintained 5 sales plus 100% on all sections except for sales volume requirement. Etsy says it is 158. My records show 198.10. It's small - but in these quarter calculations every dollar counts. Why would there be a discrepancy? No cancellations/refunds. I can't find where to investigate/correct this. I have lost my Star Seller rating. Very sad. Shows the program really cares about $$ volume above service.
@AnotherTimeAntiques: Don't know if this applied to you, but for Star Seller, orders are often attributed to the month in which they are scheduled to ship by not when they were actually marked as complete.
If you had a sale on the last day of the month it doesn't always show up on that month, but the following one which can make it confusing for us tracking our sales.

Interesting. But not relevant for my quandary. Thanks anyway for sharing g
It's also only calculating Item price in the "sales" amount, not with shipping or taxes.
$198.10 is still short of $300.00 by $101.90 regardless the day of the month.
Certainly.. but fact remains their record is wrong and that is what bothers me most.
