Hello, as a new seller on Etsy, I haven’t been receiving orders for a long time. The number of views for my products is 180 for a week. Can we say this number is low? Also, to get a good review, I lowered the prices to a very low level, but the number of orders appears as 3 because buyers do not activate their Etsy accounts, even though it is actually zero. Buyers have received an email saying, “Sorry, we are not processing your transaction.” Has anyone experienced this before?

This information from the Help Center may help
Basically, it looks like your 3 Orders cannot be processed because, at your price point, the payment would not cover the 6.5% Transaction Fee, the 3-4% Payment processing fee PLUS the fixed 0.25 cents USD (differs by Country)

Re: 3 Order But No Sales?
If Etsy cancels the sale, it does not continue to show up as a sale on your shop.

Re: 3 Order But No Sales?
Etsy is not cancelling the Order. Etsy is "not processing your transaction".
OP is selling items for 0.22 USD which is already 0.03 under the 0.25 required to pay for the Procesing.
OP thinks the issue is "because buyers do not activate their Etsy accounts".
That is not the issue as far as I can see

Re: 3 Order But No Sales?
Your prices are way too low. They cannot be processed because you would not get enough money to pay Etsy. RAISE your prices to a decent level.
There may be other reasons you are not getting sales but I did not look beyond the price--that is the first step.

Re: 3 Order But No Sales?
Too low of prices don't necessarily get you reviews or sales, quite the opposite. If buyers see prices that are too low for what it is many wonder what is wrong with it and move on to reasonable priced items.

Re: 3 Order But No Sales?
and finish your shop... About, Profile, Policies, Shop Location, Shop Tag... an incomplete storefront is penalized in search. And many buyers want to know about a store owner before they will shop.
Like walking into a store with nobody to help you.

Re: 3 Order But No Sales?
I honestly would consider raising your prices. When people see something listed as only $1 they may think it isn't valuable. Just a thought

Re: 3 Order But No Sales?
I guess the 1.00 is a price increase. When I looked earlier the items were listed for 22 cents.

Re: 3 Order But No Sales?
@SleepyTurtleCo You have GOT to raise your prices even more--I know you went from 22 cents to 1.00--HOWEVER--like I said above--even that 1.00 will NOT even pay your Etsy fees. I think you need to read all of the information Etsy gives you on running a shop.
The way you are set up now you are PAYING ETSY to give away your items.
